We use 15five for feedback with the weekly checkins, 1 on 's, Employee Engagement Survey and soon Best Self Review. I like having the platform for communication, receiving feedback and the tools to personalize the discussions to our company needs.
- Employee Engagement Survey and how the results are broken down and explained.
- Weekly check ins to maintain accountability on tasks throughout the week
- Customer support is excellent.
