Overall Satisfaction with Confirmit
Confirmit is the platform we use to program and field market research surveys. We also use it for reporting. We develop our own custom tools that integrate with Confirmit to make a unique survey experience.
- Complex Programming - Confirmit can handle very complex programming logic which helps us to be able to field some studies that require advanced analytics
- Reporting - Confirmit has an (almost) realtime reporting module that lets us send reports to our clients and lets the client get a preliminary view of results.
- Support - Support can be sometimes slow and not the most helpful. I often have to reach out directly to someone I know in order to light a fire and get a response from Support
- I think the biggest ROI factor for us was just that using Confirmit we don't ever have to tell a client "we can't do that" when it comes to survey logic. In past platforms we were more restricted and had to program a lot of workarounds to do some more advanced survey logic and routing, but with Confirmit there is no issue.
- Also we have found there is an abundance of programmers available (many overseas) but this has helped us become more flexible in scaling our operation to meet current needs without going through lengthy training processes
