Overall Satisfaction with TweetDeck
I currently use TweetDeck to monitor important twitter accounts, users and topics for my organization and our clients. I am the only individual using TweetDeck within this capacity. TweetDeck provides instantaneous updates and pop-ups alerting me to important Twitter updates.

I use Hootsuite Enterprise currently to manage our client's social media accounts, and only use TweetDeck for top-priority issues that I want to make sure I see pop-up notifications for. Hootsuite Enterprise allows scheduling across many different channels and accounts and is great for managing accounts across different individuals and teams.
