Overall Satisfaction with HireVue
We are a global business recruiting students to join a global learning network. We use HireVue as part of the application process to evaluate the English and logic skills of the potential students. Students must complete an eight question interview with two video responses, one essay and five multiple choice questions.
- Provides consistency to the interview process.
- It allows us to keep the whole application process digital.
- The process for the user to get into the interview could be streamlined better. It can be complicated, especially for those with little technology skills.
- I would like to be able to edit the questions in a current position without having to create a new position from scratch. Especially just be able to change the time limits etc.
- HireVue reinforces our digital environment.
- Gives us an opportunity to get to know the applicants before they enter the program.
- Allows us to screen those with poor English skills which improves the level of satisfaction from the students.
