Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social has helped save time in managing our several Social Media pages. Having one platform where you can handle almost all internet-related tasks is very convenient. Anyone who wants to succeed in business today has to take their business online and Zoho Social is just that one tool you can't do without.

  • Post Scheduling.
  • Analytics.
  • You cannot manage ads on Zoho Social. It would be more convenient if you could manage social media ads on the platform.
  • You cannot upload more than one picture in a single post.
  • Generally a good, all rounded platform.
  • Time saved in managing multiple social media networks.
  • Good reports generation for better decision making.
  • Batching of work though scheduling of posts.
The primary reason we settled for Zoho is the cost. Zoho is an affordable app compared to other similar platforms. Apart from that, they have the broadest suite of apps that could be integrated with each other making it very easy for information to be shared across different departments. Social Media can be integrated into CRM and CRM integrated with accounting. It just simply is broad enough to cover all aspects of the business. Human resources is also included and payroll. They have also been very consistent with their service delivery.

The layout is very intuitive to use. Each brand is organized in its own category so one cannot get lost looking for a feature or accessing a social network under that brand. Connecting social network to the platform is very easy. It will simply redirect you to the login page of that particular social network and everything is easy from there.
The guys at Zoho are amazing. They are always in touch and are willing to help. They regularly send support emails to find out how they can help. They send tips and information on updates. When you need help, they don't hesitate to call. Support is really great from Zoho.
Great platform to schedule on multiple social media channels. Feedback is also accessed here so it eliminates having to juggle between a lot of apps which is less efficient. The fact that it allows multiple brands to be managed is an added plus. Responsibilities between teams can be divided and that makes collaboration much easier. However, what I have been having challenges with is the tracking of paid adverts on the platform. If that was integrated that would be great.
