Overall Satisfaction with Promantek

We utilize Promantek (Trakstar) as an evaluation tool. Our entire organization uses this tool for bi-annual evaluations and goal tracking.

  • Suggested questions with response options, but also the ability to build your own.
  • Different rating scales.
  • Anonymous 360 multi-rater feedback.
  • Nothing! Great product.
  • Staff retention - Subordinates are provided feedback on a more regular and consistent basis.
Many more features than SurveyMonkey's products for goal tracking and multi-rater feedback.
Product is great for multi-rater evaluations. It provides multiple options to set up the feedback system to be anonymous or not. The product is truly anonymous. It also has great features for goal tracking.
