Overall Satisfaction with Carbonite
Many employees use it to ensure that we won't lose data during a computer crash. It is also helpful to be able to access our backed up files remotely (i.e. from my phone.)

- It has helped me through two different computer crashes.
- There was a period when I couldn't install it on my computer, so it was useless at that point.
Overall, Carbonite is a better product, with a more intuitive interface and easier to use. The price was comparable, but I tried Carbonite again, and was able to install it correctly on my next computer.
