Overall Satisfaction with Lansweeper
We use lansweeper as a monitoring, alerting and asset management tool. The product is used only by our IT department (systems and network administrators). This tool helps our help desk technicians easily find a user or computer, find necessary information about configuration, membership, network information, etc. We have several branch offices and lansweeper helps us with asset management and physical inventory. It allows us to build and run different types of reports that are being requested by IT managers. Also, we are using this tool as an event collection and alerting system. It's easy to configure and use; does not require additional deep education to be used for Tier 1 level of support. The web interface allows us to use this tool from any endpoint within the company's network.
