Overall Satisfaction with Kaltura
Kaltura is used to deploy all our rich media assets to our multiple websites within our company.
- We use Kaltura's ability to trans code video asset into multiple file types to make the videos easily accessible on multiple platforms.
- Kaltura's accessibility with the use of close captions and great 508 compliant video players.
- The ability to customize any player to fit our styles and different audience types with our websites.
- The only feature I believe Kaltura needs is a better way to deliver Audio Descriptive content more easily.
- The ability to have such a robust solution for rich media content far outweighs the cost of service.
- We have new projects which will push the limits and abilities of Kaltura in the future.
We have reviewed other services like Wowza but did not get a chance to use it.
