We use Dundas BI to create and develop high performing reports which we deliver to end users. Yes, It is being used by our R & D team.
It is used as a tool to analyze, monitor and solve the quality related issues of teleservice providers.

- Easy to develop and manage reports.
- Look and Feel is better than other BI tools in the market.
- It is easy to integrate the scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, PHP etc., in the reports to perform various dynamic tasks which are otherwise difficult to implement in the BI tool.
- Re-Visualizing the data in the form of the table|Bar Chart|Stacked Chart|Map etc., is very easy and switching it back is just one click.
- Auto-save functionality of the reports is an add-ON with the enhanced security features.
- Present version is the Windows platform dependent, It should have the Unix version also since Unix is a widely used OS across industries.
- It should have a feature to schedule the export of the 'Project'. As of now, we have to manually export the reports/projects.
- Integrating too many JS makes it little unresponsive and doesn't show the correct data, We have to clear the cookies/cache to bring it back in functional mode. The robustness should be improved further.
It is easy to develop and re-visualize the reports and the license is too less expensive compared to other tools which are overpriced.
