Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase
We use Quickbase instead of Microsoft Excel for tracking of clients and contracts for agents. It is being used by our inside call center and our Agent Services Department. This allows multiple users to access the information without accidentally deleting it. We ran into many issues using Excel for some of this and it created many problems. Once we starting using Quickbase our book of business and contracting department became much more efficient and effective as well. It's been a wonderful addition and we will continue to use Quickbase going forward for many years to come!

I am not the one who builds applications but know we have used someone to help us build those. I know we utilize business applications within Quickbase and will continue to use those going forward. I feel its a great way to keep track of lots of data without he worry of losing it.

Quickbase is a much better way for multiple users to access and input data into an application database without the worry of losing that data. It also documents who is updating information and when. It allows us to run reports that we could not run before with only Excel. We lost a lot of data in Excel and that's why we got Quickbase is to solve that issue.

Yes, we were able to achieve what we set out to do by enabling multiple users to access our data base without the worry of losing information. It has been a great improvement over Excel and we would recommend Quickbase to anyone else who was having similar issues as us. We will continue using Quickbase for a long time.

I update data in our existing applications on a daily basis and it's very easy and quick to do. We have an outside vendor expert who creates and updates our applications for us. We have an inside innovation director and team who handles daily application information and another inside team who handles updating data in our applications as well.
