Overall Satisfaction with CloudApp

We use CloudApp for both internal communications and for communicating with clients. We also use CloudApp with another service based company I work with to create short videos and helpful tips on our software.
  • Quick grab and upload.
  • Works well with Windows.
  • Has nice annotation features and commenting abilities.
  • Gif quality could improve.
  • App crashed from time to time.
  • Saved hours of time on support emails
  • Saved hours of time on visual communications on design projects.
  • Great ROI compared to Droplr.
Droplr is more expensive overall and also does not have a stable windows solution. DropCloud is also more intuitive and user-friendly than Droplr.
CloudApp is well suited for communications within your organization as well as with clients/customers. Cloud app makes it easy to quickly and visually show your customers the answers to the questions they are looking for. This is great when customers are emailing specific questions.

It would be less appropriate in situations where your customer needs a walk through and has multiple questions. Also in situations where your customer is not tech savvy.
