Overall Satisfaction with Bronto Marketing Platform
Bronto is being used across all areas of the business. It is used for most of our email marketing needs whether that be marketing or transactional. We also use Bronto for pulling out data segments for other areas of the business due to the ease of accessing it.
- Integration with NetSuite
- Constant updates to the platform
- Simple and easy to use
- There are lots of extra apps that you can purchase however, I feel like some of these apps (i.e pop up manager) could be better - they’re way far behind other apps available
- Post GDPR, we've seen a massive increase in open, click, and conversion rates.
- Cart recovery helped reduce basket abandonment.
