Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

ZOHO CRM is used by our company to track the progress of quotes through our sales process. We use it to run reports on our team to determine what changes we need to make in order to be more successful. We are able to track every aspect of the sales process and see where we are successful and what we need to change to overcome challenges.
  • Track Sales Pipeline, as with all sales pipeline software it tracks the potential deals very well, but the customization that ZOHO CRM allows you to fine tune the software to fit your needs.
  • Cost- By signing up for ZOHO ONE, CRM is included and if you use multiple ZOHO Products, they are probably included at no additional charge.
  • Sync Data- Zoho CRM works very well with all of the other ZOHO products, so duplicate entry is not needed.
  • Support - ZOHO Support is a little rough sometimes a revamp of their support team or additional training could work out in their best interest.
  • Implementation- ZOHO CRM is so customizable, you may want to consider hiring someone who has gone through it to help implement it for your company.
  • Deals don't fall through the cracks like before, one deal we were able to follow up on and won, paid for a year of service +
I tried a lot of different software trying to find the one that gave me everything, which I found within ZOHO. It wasn't the CRM that sold me on ZOHO, it was the Subscriptions and it's integration within CRM that sold me on ZOHO. I'm glad I picked it, the CRM has been easy to adapt to and easy for the boss to get the reports out he wants.
If you need to track deals, quotes, or whatever you want to call it, Zoho CRM is your man. Set it up and use it every day to help manage your sales process, whether it's a single guy or team of 100 I think Zoho CRM will work for you.

Using Zoho CRM

5 - From Sales to Service, we all use Zoho CRM one way or another. Sales use Zoho for keeping track of quotes in our pipeline knowing where we are in the sales funnel is critical to keeping our company moving forward. Our Service guys keep track of work performed on equipment with a service contract on it through Zoho and using the Desk portions to keep track of service work.
1 - I am the sole support tech for Zoho within our company. I utilize Zoho Support when I run into something that I can't figure out, but for the most part no issues.

Evaluating Zoho CRM and Competitors

Yes - Kickserv, we needed a solution to automatically bill our rental equipment. We found Zoho subscriptions and tested it and found it worked wonderfully and moved our platform entirely over to Zoho. CRM has done a wonderful job on potential deals.
  • Price
  • Product Features
  • Product Usability
We needed a solution that was low cost and met our needs and was easy enough to learn and use on a daily basis
I tested Zoho extensively for several months using test data going through our current process. This allowed me to have the new process within Zoho when we went live. Even with all my prep work there were still changes made after going live that I wasn't able to account for prior. If you don't have the time to learn the entire system before going live I highly recommend using someone who knows the system to help you implement it.
