Overall Satisfaction with Zoho People
We are using Zoho People for filing and tracking human resources information as well as across the organization for tracking attendance. We have a fairly unique organizational structure in that all of our staff are self-supported, so most of us work other jobs and scheduling can be difficult. The time tracking feature of Zoho People has been really helpful for creating some accountability for time in the office. It's nice that that feature is part of a program we were already using (we also use Zoho Recruit for applications), and the app is great as well.

- We have had some trouble recently with getting new users set up. However, the support team at Zoho has been really responsive and helpful, so that's nice.
- For us, the time/attendance tracking function of Zoho People has done a lot to increase accountability for scheduling and attendance. Since we are a volunteer staff, scheduling can be difficult, and this has made it so much easier to quantify and track everyone's weekly time commitments.
