Overall Satisfaction with SurveyGizmo
SurveyGizmo was used by my company to make surveys for our clients. We were able to use it for many different functions, including (but not limited to) competitive analysis, overall evaluations, attribute evaluations, and problem experience. It was used primarily by Program Managers. It addressed the need for a survey platform.
- User - friendly - intuitive.
- Strong capabilities - able to create questions easily and logic, as well.
- Logic - able to apply logic easily and successfully, with a high level of confidence that it will perform.
- Advanced logic - more difficult than what it should be. If I'm piping answers to another question, I shouldn't have to create a lengthy logic script for it to perform (this is just with advanced logic).
- Too "bubbly" of a template - I didn't like the clouds so I had mine switched to a more basic format.
- Accounts - should be able to create different accounts for different users and separate the surveys based on the user.
- I knew that my responses would be saved and protected.
I liked the interface for SurveyGizmo much more than Qualtrics. You knew a question was adjusted in SurveyGizmo and wouldn't change, but with Qualtric's interface, you had to refresh the account several times sometimes to ensure the question would work appropriately. Also, with SG, there were a lot of easier capabilities, such as changing missing values in bulk, required questions in bulk, etc.
