Overall Satisfaction with Bronto Marketing Platform
We use Bronto as an ESP and CRM system across our organization. It helps us manage email channels automatically and some workflows, and allows us to send some batch emails for communication. It’s used in some of the BUs in the group but my company stopped using Bronto and switched to another vendor last year.
- Customer service was quite professional.
- Solid platform with years of experience in the industry.
- Poor account support and slow response.
- Delay in developing new functions.
- The overall email channel had a very high ROI, as it’s more on retention management. In our business, email made up approximately 20% of our total revenue.
- However, email is not enough for retention management nowadays and Bronto doesn’t have many options for integration with others.
- Oracle Eloqua and Listrak
Eloqua is more for B2B and big groups. The user management function is obviously more advanced in Eloqua. However, when looking into the email itself, it’s quite limited and old fashioned.
