Overall Satisfaction with Redmine
We've been using Redmine for at least 6 years as main project management solution in our company. As a free solution, it's a good task and time management system which allows you to be on the same page across the whole organization. Gantt charts and calendar are very useful. Notifications help you focus on the right things.

- It's open-source
- Highly customizable - it has plenty of plugins which can be integrated into the system
- Integrated WIKI is very helpful
- The UI is a little outdated
- Sprint wise planning cant be done easily
- As a TEAM - we are on the same page
- Each task is estimated
- Time To Market decreased
- We've got really good requirements stored in Wiki
- JIRA Software and Trello
It can beat other services only as free, open source solution. Right now we've moved to JIRA, and Redmine only stays on as an archive and is used by our editor's department.
