Overall Satisfaction with SurveyMonkey Apply (formerly FluidReview)
We use SurveyMonkey Apply on our programs team in order to host our applications for financial assistance. The program makes it possible for us to track all of our applicants and collect data and demographics to have a better understanding of the community in which we serve. We are also able to use the program to pull reports to analyze our current applications, and use that information to make improvements moving forward.
