Overall Satisfaction with Crazy Egg

I have used it to help clients better understand how their website was or was not working for them. It is one thing to tell clients their website would not convert well, or they needed to create or move their CTA above the fold. However, when I should show them it was more convincing. To understand how visitors interact with websites is helpful in understanding how to improve it to ensure the goal of the website is met.
  • Website interaction details (confetti, heatmap, overlay, and scroll map).
  • A/B testing.
  • Record visitor interactions with the website.
  • A month to month plan.
  • Special trail or discounted rate for entrepreneurs or new website owners.
  • Phone support.
  • More "how to" YouTube videos.
  • Improving conversion for clients by moving CTA.
  • Building trust with clients with visual data to help them understand how websites should work.
It is very simple to use, everything from setting up to seeing the results. You can easily export everything into a JPG or PDF and share it with clients. CrazyEgg is also more value oriented with a lower price point.
Websites should have a goal. CrazyEgg can help a business owner or website designer understand if the visitors are meeting the goal and if the website is driving the visitor to that goal. Many need to see the track or journey of the visitors before they understand that their website needs a little tweaking.
