Overall Satisfaction with GenSight Enterprise Portfolio Management

At Integra Life Sciences, we leverage GenSight for R&D Portfolio Management, Project Management, Time Tracking and Resource Management. We have rolled out the system to ~350 users across Integra. We leverage GenSight to evaluate and prioritize the right opportunities, establish priority lists and conduct resource demand vs. supply analysis to appropriately staff priority projects. Time Tracking Data is also leveraged to obtain R&D Tax Credit. Financial models of all approved and proposed projects have been integrated into GenSight and we are leveraging the system to balance the portfolio, maximize value, ensure alignment to company strategy and balance between resources required and available.

GenSight Enterprise Portfolio Management is well suited for companies that want to implement top-down portfolio management capability to analyze risk vs. value, prioritize, optimize balance, maximize value and ensure strategic alignment of the global R&D portfolio. It may not be the best fit for companies that want to implement a bottom-up project management capability to track the status of programs and milestones.
