Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity Web Pay
We are using PAYLOCITY in two of our five current concepts (whole organization) and plan to move the other 3 towards the end of the year.
It addressed the total failure that ADP software caused. The software is smart, well coded, simple, and clear- all things ADP didd not provide. Mostly it has addressed payroll issues we had.

- Admin platform is easy to use and navigate
- Implementation is organized and they follow up
- Recruiting section is effective and clear
- Smart Email templates
- The on-boarding area could be a bit less tedious- starting a new hire from recruit to hire is a bit tedious but you get used to it
- The time clocks need to be hardwired to a running computer at all times- very old technology, even ADP lets us hardwire it to our network (so we do not have to rely on our clocks running on computer)
- Accurate payroll and secure timekeeping
- Affordable software for what we get with very little technical issues (less time trouble shooting , no wasted time)
- Good candidate to hiring flow, less things falling between the cracks, less errors, more efficient
ADP software is old, outdated and extremely problematic (glitches, crashes, freezes). The biggest issue we had with ADP was the wasted time trying to fix these issues (3-4 a week). We would spend hours on phone, writing emails, following up for things that should just WORK. Paylocity doesn't not have these issues so we can use the software for what its for and move on with more important tasks. This is a huge value to process since our turnover is high in out industry.
