Overall Satisfaction with Viewpoint Spectrum
We use Viewpoint Spectrum throughout our whole organization. We use it for a number of different areas, and we use it to help solve many problems. From equipment fleet management and preventive maintenance to basic accounting functions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management, Spectrum helps us stay organized and efficient.
- Viewpoint Spectrum is great for job costing. We use the job cost module to track project costs and billings, and the job cost reports that come from Viewpoint Spectrum are great and very helpful.
- Viewpoint Spectrum has a ton of useful reports in every module that help every area of our company. The reports can be easily printed, emailed, or downloaded and sent to whoever may need them within our organization.
- The customer service at Viewpoint Spectrum is top notch. Any time an issue arises pertaining to Viewpoint Spectrum, someone from the company is quick to respond and/or resolve my issue. If they can't resolve it right away, they usually do research and contact me within 24 hours with a solution.
- One area of Viewpoint Spectrum that could be improved would be the updates to certain modules that don't seem to get the same attention as others. For example, we use the equipment and preventive maintenance modules quite extensively, and there are certain improvements we would like made. But any time a big software update is released, these modules never seem to be addressed in the update.
- Spectrum has allowed our company to consolidate many areas and have them all in one place. For example, our fleet management, job costing, and accounting functions can all be performed within Viewpoint Spectrum.
- The ability to scan and attach documents within Viewpoint Spectrum has given us the ability to easily look up documents and download or send them right away to another person.
