Overall Satisfaction with Viewpoint Spectrum

We use Viewpoint Spectrum across the organization as a whole. It is used to track every aspect of our jobs as well as helping to forecast projections and profits margins. It is also extremely helpful to our field personnel. Viewpoint Spectrum gives us the ability to share reports and costs instantly. One of our biggest problems that Viewpoint Spectrum helps us to better address is the cost associated with each phase of a project.
  • Ability to track job cost.
  • Multi-layer approval processing.
  • Ease of job setup.
  • CAN reports are very good and give us what we need and easily modified to make our own.
  • We have not had any real issues with the software or the support team so we have no "cons."
  • We are a small company and therefore we rely on our software to help fill in the gaps when we don't have enough hands. This has really been on the of biggest ROIs we have seen.
  • Being able to keep everything we need in one centralized location with Viewpoint Spectrum helps to keep our documentation research down.
Viewpoint Spectrum is well suited for cost accounting features and tracking equipment and time for each job/phase. The ability to setup triggers for the employees' special dates are a plus. I also find that the InfoLink module is extremely helpful when gathering information for audits. The support team also never gives up on finding the resolution to a problem.
