Overall Satisfaction with Vista by Viewpoint

We use Vista by Viewpoint (VP) across all departments. It has created a lot of efficiencies and collaboration. We came from a 2 system environment which created a lot of duplicate work. We also use VP Team.

It is a great Accounting and tracking system. Viewpoint Vista reduces redundancy between departments. You don't have to enter data/information in multiple systems.

Evaluating Vista by Viewpoint and Competitors

Yes - We replaced two products. One was our ERP software called TCM (The Construction Manager) and the other was a Project Management system created internally.

Our internal system kept breaking down and was dependent on one person to fix the errors.
Perhaps purchased additional training for the staff.

Vista by Viewpoint Implementation

No, I wasn't a part of the Implementation.
Not sure - I wasn't a part of the onboarding for Vista. I wasn't working at the company then.

Vista by Viewpoint Support

I think I have had the worst experience with the cloud-based support. I feel that the first person who contacts us, isn't as knowledgeable as needed sometimes. If it is something over their head, they should elevate it. I had a critical case that shut down one of our programs and it took a week before I even got the first email back about what my issue was.

I am not sure what you mean by this question regarding Vista.
Yes, every time Randi Kovak gets my support call. I always appreciate when she responds to my case. I know it will get resolved in one phone call.

We have come a long way with it. VP Team has really been a big addition.
