Overall Satisfaction with Act-On Software

Act-On is used across two departments in my organization, Internally our Marketing department uses it to unmask anonymous website visitors, score leads and nurture prospects via automated programs. The second department helps onboard clients to the platform and do the same.
  • Lead scoring.
  • Automated email programs.
  • Landing pages.
  • Form creation.
  • Reporting is not as robust/user-friendly as it could be.
  • UX has been continually expanded, so there is a mix of old and new features that could use some polishing and regrouping.
  • Better prospecting and qualified lead generation on the company website.
  • Automation has saved my team time and allowed them to increase productivity during work hours.
Marketing automation via Act-On is helping our organization reach more targeted audiences during the windows of the customer journey. It has also allowed our organization to be more strategic with our media and communications and better illustrate Marketing's process to Sales.
