Overall Satisfaction with Bullhorn CRM
We use Bullhorn ATS for application tracking for our IT recruitment agency. ATS is essential for a lot of reasons especially in the recruitment industry where all the work happens through Resume tracking. It's a great way to save Data and the interface helps in tracking the recruitment process of a candidate/ Job. The new Novo Interface is even better and a lot handier.
- The submission tracking of a candidate and where they are at in the process.
- Resume Parsing, auto populating the information makes the work easy.
- Bullhorn enables other applications to be linked to it as well, eg- Textus, which makes the work easy in contacting candidates.
- I think just the timing, sometimes the candidate information ton the notes section takes a bit time to load unless I immediately click, but this could be a network issue.
- It would be convenient if there is a way to save all the search strings that I actually maintain in a different folder on my desktop.
- It definitely makes the work a lot more efficient, I am not sure about the ROI as I am not on the profit/loss monitoring side of the business, however, as a user, I can definitely say, that as a Recruiter, it has definitely helped me make good placements and therefore. increase my annual income, ultimately I am sure, benefiting the organization I work for.
Proconnect- a web-based tracking tool used by an organization like Randstad, they do have an extensive database. but it is a bit outdated and slow in terms of technology.
RMS tracker- Extensively used in the Manufacturing Recruiting agency, I liked the tool as it saved my last few activities (Now NOVO has the same feature), really helps. But the RMS tool is tedious and slow.
