Overall Satisfaction with BrightEdge
BrightEdge is being used by the SEO team but fuels insights and recommendations used throughout a variety of teams within the organization. We use this tool for a variety of SEO and marketing needs; from basic keyword research, digging into consumer search insights, tracking competitors, even monitoring our products rankings within Amazon.
- Datacube is super easy to use compared to other Enterprise SEO tools
- Amazon search results and rankings- this is HUGE. This feature is a huge time saver for us and BE is the first SEO tool I've seen to have this feature!
- Easy to create the customized dashboards and reports
- Opportunity forecasting- this is an awesome tool to use when creating new content to tie to revenue goals
- In addition to the tool itself, the BE teams and customer service are second to none!
- This is an incredible, comprehensive SEO tool but the Site Audit feature could be improved upon from a technical SEO standpoint
- Since using BE we've seen around 4K keywords move onto page 1 (almost 50% increase)
- Organic traffic is at an all time high
