Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM

We currently use it for HR management across departments. It solved the issue of having multiple databases.
  • Easy user interface.
  • A lot of partners are using the same software, which increases collaboration.
  • Can be used for many HR disciplines.
  • Reporting capability could be improved.
  • Reduced the number of HR systems.
PeopleSoft is well-suited for large organizations. We had an issue with retro calculation. It's tricky to look back at the previous fiscal year's information.
