Overall Satisfaction with Yealink Conference Phones
Yealink Conference Phones are being used across our entire organization. It helps us stay in touch with both our internal employees, as well as external customers that require support and customer service. These phones ensure that we are able to communicate in a prompt manner and keep our day-to-day operations moving right along.
- Easy-to-use menu interface
- Bright and clear screen
- Excellent call quality
- Admin menu options could be easier to reach.
- Programming via the web interface requires some advanced knowledge.
- Rebooting the phone takes a little longer than previously used systems.
- Helps the organization conduct meetings over the phone, rather than meeting in person.
- Saves time to be able to communicate in a quick, thorough manner.
- Helps everyone stay in touch and eliminates potential business downtime.
We have used Aastra and Grandstream phones as well. The build quality and overall ease-of-use was not as good as the Yealink Conference Phones. Yealink simply works and does not require technical knowledge after it has been set up. The other phones needed more frequent reboots and configurations to get them to work properly.
