Overall Satisfaction with Braze (formerly Appboy)

Braze is mainly used by our marketing department to run CRM campaigns across 2 countries. We have members of our insights team using it for reporting, product for product launches, and devs, obviously are involved.

  • It's definitely a leader in this business.
  • No cons on our end!

We were using an in-house system before so Braze was a huge improvement.
The support is incredible. We always get the answers we need from our Braze rep quickly and they also have a users community where you can ask questions, it's definitely something they do very very well!

Braze is amazing for reaching customers via push notifications, in-app messaging, email, webhook, etc. It's easy to A/B test with, run specific campaigns to specific users, they have a canvas tool I love using. That is definitely a strong reason why we decided to get the product in the first place.
