Overall Satisfaction with InEight

InEight is used by a few departments, mainly legal and project development.
  • Document management.
  • Ability to customize the view portal.
  • Email alerts in document modules.
  • The overall layout of the software appears old and outdated.
  • Difficult to find features and make changes.
To have a document management system
From my and my colleagues' experience, the support has just been average.
InEight is not easy to integrate. The software appears to work very slow.
I would prefer Aconex but the cost is too high. The overall layout and feel of Aconex are modern compared to InEight.
The software is good for document management. The transmittal portal needs some work, it appears outdated when going through the inbox.
