Overall Satisfaction with Clari

This started out as a sales tool. We have quickly adopted it in customer success as a forecasting tool. It serves two functions

1. Creating accurate forecasts with ability to modify at every level
2. Giving visibility across organizations to those forecasts

Once we found value in sales, we quickly pivoted to loop other customer facing departments in so we can have a single tool for revenue forecasting.

  • Cross department visibility - ability to change views by filters
  • Advanced analytics. Clari is great at taking in best case and commit, but doesn't give a suggested case
  • Intuitive tagging of pipeline by type/origin
  • Increased relationship between customer success and sales
  • We have increased our non-sales opportunities won by 12%. We are submitting the same amount of opportunities, but closing more because multiple departments are pushing on the opportunity
Clair is additive to other tools like Salesforce or your BI tools. It gives great visibility at each level. We know throughout the quarter where we are likely to fall. When we have shortfalls we know where those are coming from. This helps us drive the right actions to close gaps.
Clari is very willing to jump in and build out use cases. They will work to do anything for you. That said, their follow up is not great. We have had to reach out for follow up several times on a project, which is still not complete. I wish they taught us how to complete what we want, rather than doing it in house for us.

Clari is perfect for seeing your sales pipeline. If you want to know your commit and best case at any different level of the organization this is the perfect tool. You can see exactly where you are falling short, and where you need to focus efforts. It's great for a revenue forum or stand up conversation.
