Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Central

Kronos Workforce Central was used in the HR department of my previous organization. It helped with the time-keeping tasks.
  • Support is very helpful in solving configuration problems.
  • Payroll taxes calculate correctly and without any doubts or confusion.
  • The building block type of structure allows for easy customization.
  • ATK functionality is not user-friendly at all.
  • Reporting tools are not where the organization needed them to be.
  • The organization experienced some slow processing and glitchiness.
  • I liked that this program made it very simple for me to monitor work hours.
  • The easy use of daily scheduling allowed for a high level of accountability for more unique types of hourly/salary positions.
  • I ran into issues when I needed to go back in the past and see timesheets to edit. The process took longer than I needed it to.
Kronos Workforce Central had a more straightforward way to use it and a more user-friendly platform. Kronos Workforce Central had better pricing than UltiPro.
Kronos Workforce Central is a robust program that can maintain employee schedules and reports. The platform is sufficient. Kronos Workforce Central has numerous capabilities and tools that I found handy. I appreciated that I could use Kronos Workforce Central on different devices. I enjoyed the fact that I could figure out my time in minute increments. That detail was very useful!
