Overall Satisfaction with Atlassian Jira Align (formerly AgileCraft)

It is being used for multiple different projects to create new tickets and track already created queues for Production, UAT, and Enhancement tickets. It allows us to check the status of each issue, assign to multiple departments, and see work logs in one ticket for the issue affecting multiple aspects of the product. We have dashboards created for easier access of necessary queues.

  • Assigning tickets to different teams and tracking process of each issue.
  • Search query building options could be more user friendly.
  • It allows to have clear deployment items structure.
  • Backlog tracking helps us to forecast deployment size and fixes count.
Great tool for issues tracking on multiple different queues for different projects.

Well suited for tracking issues in multiple environments. Tickets can be easily migrated from one environment to other. Teams can share findings and updates through the comments section. There is also an option to create multiple tracking queues for different issue categories (content issues, code issues, enhancements and etc.). New updates being sent to all who are involved with the ticket.
