Overall Satisfaction with SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly SAP Hybris)

I have used this software to design and market product panels. Being an integral part of the manufacturing team, I helped integrate this software into the company’s vision to design, promote, market and sell our lineage products. Even customer services were provided using this software. The functionality and interface of this software is robust and reliable.

SAP is a pioneer in this field and is a trustworthy brand. The reason behind choosing this software was to enforce a uniform system throughout the company considering we have been using the SAP ERP system. The field service is really impressive. The cost of this software was another attractive feature.
I would certainly recommend this software in cases where extensive research and development activities are involved to market a product to a target audience. It has diversified areas that can be explored to enhance product visibility and improve customer feedback. Its performance can be improved by offering comprehensive training tools to potential users.
