Overall Satisfaction with Loom

Most of our sales team uses Loom in some capacity to deliver information to our partners and prospects. This can be useful for us as we represent accounts across multiple verticals and time zones. Sometimes our pitches or demo walk-throughs cannot be done in person or in a live web conference, so recording through Loom has been an incredible benefit for our team.
  • Delivers trainings to colleagues or partners
  • Delivers recorded walk-throughs of demos of our products
  • Being able to copy a video so that the end user doesn't see comments from other users -- ie., demo/pitch that isn't specific to one person
  • Give more benefits to the pro version. Being able to add a thumbnail seems like a dumb reason to pay for the service.
  • Most of our team is using the free version. It's great.
  • I pay for the Pro version personally because I feel like it's a relatively inexpensive software to help me achieve my professional goals.
  • Zoom
Zoom's recording feature has been helpful before Loom, but I appreciate that with Loom I can go back and re-record something if I made a mistake. It's much easier.
I have not had any issues yet. It's very easy to use and very easy to implement.

I really like to use Loom for delivering content to partners and prospects, but I would not let it take the place of or remove real-time feedback via video conferencing. At some point it's necessary to be live-in-person with a partner.
