Overall Satisfaction with ClearSlide

It is only being used by the sales org to help determine how long clients are spending on certain slides in presentation decks/sales decks we send out. It is helpful because you can see how engaged the client is with the material we send over.
  • It provides how long users spend on each slide/how engaged - shows exactly which content is relevant and which pieces they just gloss over.
  • The UX/UI is pretty easy to use.
  • The actual calling capability isn't great, I had many dropped calls or fuzzy calls when done directly through the ClearSlide tool.
  • When uploading content I wish you could edit it further within ClearSlide, because now I have to exit to go back to the original program to do so.
  • It's hard to determine ROI since it doesn't have a direct result.
  • It definitely influences the outcome of the sale but I cannot say it is a direct impact because of this particular tool.
ClearSlide is better than Groove but it also provides different values. Groove is good for clicks but ClearSlide is better to determine if your content is useful and relevant to the client.
I never had any direct relationship with CS support. I believe there was a demo, in the beginning, to show us around the tool, but I don't remember anything beyond the onboarding.

It is well suited for sales organizations who are trying to determine which slides or pieces of content are relevant to their target audience, and which slides might be able to go or deleted since the clients don't find them useful.
