Overall Satisfaction with Atlassian Jira Align (formerly AgileCraft)
We have been using Jira Align as an enterprise-grade solution to enable the company leadership to link current developments to business outcomes. It is important for us to be able to achieve this without disrupting the work of Agile teams. Because of this tool, we believe all areas of the team benefit from it, although it is mainly used by leadership teams.
- Company is very responsive.
- Simple to integrate with other apps.
- Admin settings are challenging to use.
- Having more support from customer service on explaining new functions.
- Cross company collaboration has been a win.
- Better insight into how products are impacting financial performance in more real-time.
This is a great alternative for many companies. It is especially helpful and beneficial if you have non-technical workers that need to interact with the software platform. This is a much simpler platform to have those employees use given their lower technical knowledge. In the end, we chose Jira based on our audience.
