Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Community Cloud

We are an outsourcing organisation using Salesforce for CRM for our clients (usually our clients CRM implementation) and use/suggest using Salesforce Community to deal with their suppliers, customers and/or automotive dealerships.
  • Great at providing a flexible web based portal for known users linked into the Salesforce CRM.
  • Super for dealing with knowledge base and providing support for the community users from the single Salesforce knowledge repository and without the need for people support.
  • By using Salesforce Community we managed to provide a circa 40% improvement in time normally attributed to chasing phone calls. Community replaced these calls with self service portal features, showing full auditability.
As our client already used Salesforce CRM, it is a simple integration tasks to link Community to CRM. As such this was a quick deployment with the base data already being present and easily linked to.
We use a Salesforce partner and the client development team to support our Salesforce implementations.
