At Adecco, we use Qualtrics to conduct surveys and use the surveys in reports. Our company uses Qualtrics in a big way 2 times a year. We do a company survey on how working at Adecco is, culturally, pay, etc. The survey results are used so that the company can gauge where the associates are at mentally, and use it to make things better to retain more people.

- Fast and immediate results.
- Not free.
- Sometimes glitchy on other platforms- cell phones, etc.
- Employee retention is better.
- Employees happier and able to share opinions.
We usually just use Qualtrics on a company wide basis. Sometimes if it's a smaller group of people within, someone will set up a Survey Monkey survey. Both work well, Survey Monkey is free and you don't need the company credentials so that is helpful when not doing something that is important such as company wide surveys. We use Survey Monkey for voting on fun things - like best costume.
