Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
[It's being used by the] Whole organization. It helps with time clock integration with payroll, time off requests, is an employee hub for company info and provides access to their records.
- Easy to use
- Good product
- Customer service and problem resolution is a real problem. So far when I have experienced an issue they have taken very long to answer and I had to continue to follow up. I don’t feel that I can rely on their answers in most cases. Customer service-friendly but don’t seem to actually care about the issue.
- Sales guy really over sold the customer service part and how helpful they would be a
- More expensive than previous product but Palocity is a better product but the customer service is worse
- Addressed 80% of my needs well
