Overall Satisfaction with Carbonite Endpoint 360

It is used across the entire organization. We have purchased new computers and with Carbonite Endpoint 360, we have been able to backup and move all the files entirely and very quickly. Also, one employee had their computer wiped and had to reinstall everything. With Carbonite we were able to install everything easily.
  • Constant backup.
  • It backs up on your schedule.
  • Reminding to back up more often if a lot of work has been done between backups.
  • Sometimes the backing up slows down the computer.
  • Saved a lot of data that could have been lost.
  • Saved time with new computer.
We chose Carbonite after reading the reviews and hearing from other users on how excellent it was and how helpful the customer service is.

It is suited for all computers, especially if most of your work details are kept in computer files and not printed out. I have less stress knowing that all my Excel spreadsheets are easily backed up and if my computer is lost or breaks I will be able to upload all the spreadsheets to a new computer.
This might be less appropriate for a personal computer unless you operate a business personally.
