Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is currently being used for payroll keeping, HR personal, and work documents filing. It is being used company-wide, Every Team member uses it to clock in and out, to enroll and disenroll benefits. It has a community feature where we can communicate with each other (like email). It has a performance review features for each Team member and also for the Supervisors.

  • I would like for Time & Labor to intergrate into HR & Payroll when making changes.
  • With its accuracy in time keeping everything is positive.
  • When changes are done on one side doesn't integrate with the other.
  • Employee Performance and recognition is a plus.
I found this program confusing, not intuitive, or easy to use.
There are more positives than there are negatives. Although it has some minor things to work on, overall, it's a fantastic program to use for any company.

I have used other payroll programs, and nothing compares to Paylocity. However, they should be able to have video training of "everything" it can offer or do.
