Overall Satisfaction with ClickMeeting
It is used across operations and human resources for our monthly calls and updates. It helps because we have employees and customers in 5 states. It's easy to set up and has a free trial .
- It provides connections and communications for multiple parties that would otherwise be unavailable or be very complicated to set up.
- Easy to set up.
- Cost is low or free trial.
- Can drop off unexpectedly.
- Hard for new users to adjust audio and webcam features.
- Although it's easy to set up using certain functions get increasingly difficult.
- ClickMeeting improved in house communications and you cannot put a price on that!!!
- The ROI is easily met by using the free trial to see if the program works well for your company.
The both have issues with dropping off and trouble connecting but overall ClickMeeting won out.
