Overall Satisfaction with Seismic

Within our company, Seismic is being used by the entire organization to house our collection of materials, slides, and training. Every time we need help with a certain product question or on a call, we can use Seismic to get to all of our resources, which is super helpful to be able to save it all into one place.
  • Seismic makes finding the documents you need extremely easy: search, files, etc.
  • Seismic holds everything in one place. I don't have to go to multiple locations.
  • Seismic makes viewing files (and downloading) seamless.
  • Seismic has a great UX design.
  • Seismic is efficient for every department within our organization.
  • Seismic can be difficult to search. I feel like I have to go through so many files/folders.
  • Seismic can take a long time to download I've noticed. This could be due to my wi-fi, but I've noticed it takes longer than other locations.
  • I would like to see the UI work a little better, it can be hard to understand how to navigate it all.
  • I don't know the exact number, but I know that Seismic has won us some deals because the rep was able to find the resources they needed! We always have customers wanting to look at case-studies, and Seismic holds all of those for us.
  • Seismic has made me, personally, better at my job by increasing the revenue that I source. I am the first line of contact, so I use Seismic to understand the product better and bring money to the company.
  • Seismic has saved a lot of money and time for the entire company by being our one-stop-shop.
I honestly, personally, haven't looked into other options very much besides Google Drive. I think for this purpose, Seismic does a better job because it holds everything we need without having to share files or give people access. It is just a site where we all have a log-in and can use the platform.
I have never tried chatting/calling with Support for Seismic. However, from others that I have talked to that use Seismic in more of an administrative role, they have been easy to work with and are of great assistance. I think it's a good thing I've never needed to talk to support, as it means I haven't had any issues to this point.

Do you think Seismic delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Seismic's feature set?

Yes

Did Seismic live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Seismic go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Seismic again?

Yes

If you are a company that has a lot of files/resources that need to be shared with colleagues, Seismic is a great fit. At my company, we have almost 1000 people working in Sales, and they need these documents: pricing, case studies, use-cases, etc. Seismic is nice because we can hold all of these internal documents in one place. If you only have a few files or are a smaller company, I wouldn't recommend Seismic. I think it is more for the larger volume documentation. Overall, I've loved that we use Seismic and haven't seen another program out there that does what Seismic does this well.
