Overall Satisfaction with SAP Crystal
SAP Crystal is being used by my organization to generate all kinds of reports across the entire organization. The company has been using the tool for more than 10 years and is still using it. The feature to automate and generate reports and sent the result to our client via email is outstanding at the time.

Qlik Sense and Qlik View are all good tools and provide similar views and analyses like SAP Crystal. However, SAP Crystal is quite easy to use and more intuitive for people who have no background with coding and cloud-based tools. The ability to automate generating and sending reports is setting the tool apart.
