Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base

We use Quick Base to store information about our mental health provider employees and the clients they serve. The application was developed by my predecessor but I find it easy to use.
  • It's intuitive for end-users to adapt to.
  • It requires little training to run the applications we developed.
  • It has an attractive user interface.
  • It needs a method for dumping the table of contents to a CSV or TXT file for use in Excel analysis.
  • It's not clear how to save a view as the default view.
We have not but we intend to incorporate more data tables and develop management-level reporting.
We did not evaluate competing products.
  • Building and deploying business applications faster
  • Improving our ability to drive insights from our data
  • Building and deploying an application (or multiple applications) that meets our exact needs
The apps that are currently in use have achieved our objectives, and we are confident that we will be able to develop more of them.
I have not yet done this.
Quick Base is well-suited for an office with non-tech-savvy end-users.

Quickbase Feature Ratings

Integrations and Governance

  • State of New Jersey Medicaid Claims
  • OfficeAlly medical practice billing system
  • In-house patient records
We have been able to accurately track authorizations for our providers' services, assignments to therapists, and hours billed against those authorizations. Some portions are handled manually due to the archaic, inflexible State mainframe systems in place in New Jersey.
We have not been able to utilize Pipelines due to the outdated architecture utilized by the State of NJ systems.
Our patient data is rigorously secured using Quickbase's security model. All the data we maintain is subject to HIPAA rules so this security is mandatory. We require various levels of access definitiona nd Quickbase has been able to address these needs very well.
