Overall Satisfaction with CrowdCompass

We are using CrowdCompass in one department as the main event app for our major annual technology conference each year. It helps us organize event information, easily communicate with attendees, sell sponsorships, and more! We love how easy it is to use and always get great feedback from attendees on the look and feel of the app as well.
  • Ease of use
  • Clean design
  • Ability to communicate with other attendees.
  • Customization
  • Organization of app tiles
  • Banner ad options
  • More attendees use the app.
  • More people see sponsor advertisements and we can measure clicks.
  • Attendees talk to each other on the app and find more overall value in the event that way.
Core-apps is a little buggy and doesn't work super well. We only use it for our Annual Convention because they are the only app vendor that can handle our thousands of sessions and hours of programming that we need to display on the app. Otherwise, CrowdCompass is superior in every way for our other events.
Cvent has great customer support. They provide a lot of support leading up to the event via phone and email, and you can have the option to have someone onsite to help if you use some of their other products. The app is very easy to use and they have lots of online resources and how-to guides available as well.

CrowdCompass is well suited for almost all types of events. It's very easy to use and can be easily applied/customized for most events big and small. A scenario where it is less appropriate is for an event that has LOTS of sessions. For example, we don't use the app for our annual convention because we have thousands of sessions across 3-4 days, and the app doesn't work well trying to organize that amount of sessions/session information.
