Overall Satisfaction with Freshsales

Freshsales is being used to manage our sales pipeline and act as a CRM for other parts of the business. It allowed us to go to a cloud-based solution that was also much simpler to use and maintain than Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ease of use
  • Integrates into third party applications.
  • Ability to maintain and develop a sales pipeline.
  • Needs direct O365 integration.
  • Needs easier recurrence tasks.
  • Allowed us to take our internal CRM platform and move it into the Cloud. Adding recurring software cost, but no longer have to deal with maintenance on the old Microsoft solution.
For what we needed, Microsoft's product wasn't even close. Terribly expensive, difficult to set up and maintain.
Well suited for simple sales pipelines and keeping track of customers after the sale.
